Kumiko is a traditional Japanese pattern used for decorative screens and artwork. It's also incredibly light and strong once assembled. It comprises a series of equilateral triangles and hexagons with 100s of three-way joints.

The Kumiko Bench is designed for interior or exterior use. The Kumiko pattern is intended to let moisture pass through., while the solid-teak resists deterioration when exposed to the elements.
